General Information
Since 1974, the year of establishment, 2858 and 617 engineers have graduated from the department's undergraduate and graduate programs, respectively. Our graduates are popular and in-demand engineers within the science and technology based institutions.
A great percentage of our graduates are employed in Turkey's leading industrial companies such as ASELSAN, HAVELSAN, ROKETSAN in defence sector; TURKCELL, VODAFONE, TURK TELEKOM and TURKSAT in telecommunications sector; and various subsidiaries of TUBITAK (Turkish National Science Foundation) as the leading R&D institutions of Turkish government.
